Tamsin and Ben get married – Steeple Court Manor wedding photography
Tamsin and Ben were lucky to have their wedding at the end of July this year when the weather was at it’s best! Tam got ready at her parents address – a beautiful house near Boyatts Wood. Her bridesmaids were with her too and it turned out to be a very relaxed morning even though they had a house full. Tam seemed super calm and she looked so beautiful as she get ready and put on her cute little ankle length dress. I’d always wanted to photograph a gorgeous bride in a shorter length dress and this was the perfect opportunity!
Ben met my second photographer Louise Osborne at the Otter pub near their church in Otterbourne. The boys had a few drinks together and met some of the early arriving guests before the ceremony. They then headed over to the church for shots together out front before Tamsin arrived with her girls.
This was my 4th wedding at St Matthew’s Church in Otterbourne – it’s such a popular church to be married in. The inside is stunning, it’s really spacious and the inside of the aisles are lined with candles (although I’m not sure sure they are allowed to be lit for the ceremonies).
After the service we took group shots in the church grounds before heading over to Steeple Court Manor in Botley. This venue was really pretty! They have a permanent marquee setup in the grounds of a beautiful old manor house. There is a lake and even a vineyard – perfect for photographs!
As the weather was so gorgeous we had plenty of time for extra family shots at the reception venue along with some gorgeous images of Tamsin and Ben together too.
Thanks to both of you for having me to photograph your special day. Have a wonderful future together! xx
