Wedding Photography Otterbourne Church – Jen and Liam are married
Jennifer and Liam’s gorgeous wedding took place in Otterbourne Church. It’s such a beautiful church in Hampshire and is one of my favourite to shoot at. Jen’s Dad is actually the vicar of the church which made this wedding even more special. Jen was married by her own Father – what an amazing thing to experience!
We had a beautiful sunny day in early July for the wedding. Jen got ready at her parents home which is literally just opposite the church. I spent the morning with the girls while my second photographer Rachel spent the morning with Liam and the boys at the White Horse pub.
The ceremony was absolutely beautiful. Jen was accompanied down the aisle with her bridesmaids, two of which were her lovely sisters. After vows were exchanged Jen even did a gorgeous duet with her friend and the choir. It was really moving and I definitely spotted some tears amongst the guests.
After the ceremony we made the most of the church gardens and took family photos before Jen, Liam, Rachel and myself went off for a drive for some couple portraits. Jen’s parents have a very kind friend who let us use his gorgeous garden for photographs! There was plenty of colour at this time of year and we made the most of the surroundings for lots of romantic pictures of Jen and Liam as a couple.
The reception took place at The Potters Heron hotel. Rachel and I made sure to capture lots of natural images of the guests at this stage, along with table shots, cake shots and detail shots. We did another mini couple session with Jen and Liam before heading home and leaving everyone to enjoy the rest of the wedding.
Thank you for having us as part of your gorgeous wedding day x x x
